Diablo 2:Resurrected have been launched on 23rd of september 2021, after a short beta testing period.

The online servers for the game has since its release crashed multiple times, resulting in no service for what people have payed 40€ or similar for. Rollbacks result in chaotic discussions throughout the forums and Blizzard does not give a horizon for fixing the problem, nor explaining the issues at hand to the public. 

This is a matter of letting a big group of fans down, without any explanation of the occured problems or explaining any possible solution for it. The lack of information and the occurences of server issues and crashes during the gameplay, makes a lot of people want to get a refund for their money, as this is simply not the game or service that they have payed a lot of money for.

They have stated multiple times (with the exact same message) on socail media, that they have server issues. When it happens on the 10th occation within a few days, there must be some larger error behind it all, which should not occur in a graphic remake of a 20 year old game.

Blizzard must take action on this. Releasing a game which is not capable of sustaining stable connections and crashes, freezes and stops every 1-2 hours, is not what a released and final game from a company that big should have.

We want a refund, until you have fixed this Alpha/Beta version of this game!
