I've had a hip replacement and  I needed to see about pain relief  but it was over the phone not face to face .

A another person needed to see a doctor  but couldn't see one and she had a lady doctor who was  ery rude to her and the person waited 7 hours for a doctor to speak to her .

We diagnostic or systems  and the doctor agrees whe  it could be something else 

Another lady miss her phone call and had to wait another 2 days to talk to the doctors.
