As residents of Crosshill road, we take pride in the beauty of our street and the many trees that have grown here. Many of us play a part in clearing the leaves and maintaining the undergrowth at the bottom of the trees. They are the heart of Crosshill Road and have been so for the past hundred years.
Recently, someone has selfishly decided to drill holes into one of the trees in order to destroy . However this is DESTROYING 100 years of growth and beauty! This will kill the Ash tree and sabotage our street.
We want Blackburn Council to act quickly to save the tree and to take to task the individual(s) who has/have selfishly decided to kill such an iconic part of our street.
