Black Employment Equity

Black Employment Equity
Stereotypically, over time black people are offered less job opportunities, and when they are selected they are paid a lower hourly rate than others in their community. Advocates and organizations such as human resources, policy writers, managers and administration need to set a precedent for higher equitable practices. Removing bias from resumes encourages organizations to prevent racial discrimination against age, gender, race, and ethnicity.
The goals of this movement/campaign are to encourage everyone to support black Canadian citizens struggling to earn employment and to get justice for black citizens and communities by sending a letter to our MP.
Help us raise awareness for this cause and put an end to the bias black people have experienced!
