We,  the people who in live in Windsor Park Shanghai,  have the  position that Windsor Park Management has an overriding obligation to provide a safe environment for its tenants. The Akita dog in House 37 is proven aggressive, unpredictable, too strong to be contained by an adult and dangerous. In our opinion this dog should not be allowed anywhere in Windsor Park. We call on Management to have this dog removed from the compound immediately.
