Ray has been dismissed from his work after 23 years of helping the local community and people of all backgrounds across the Hounslow borough. Welcoming all from a variety of backgrounds and cultures, he has always gone above and beyond in the service he has given to both the community and his work place. 

He also does voluntary work for the Feltham Bees Disabled Sports Club over 15 years and worked tirelessly for the group and many others.

Following a disciplinary meeting, the usual steps were not taken and he was hastely and unfairly dismissed as the Sports Hall Manager by the management of Tudor Park Education Trust.
