JC Home Office started this petition to Birth Parent

The presence of the child living in the same household as the birth mother as soon as possible would need to be established from the court system and the A.C.S. system. The problem I would like to fix is the fact that an accusation would be consealed and return full parental rights to Joanna Carroll Birth Mother. For FYI purposes the Medical and Mental health would be held in private conditions. Request to fix any communications that would be accusing of neglect or maltreatment or abuse for any reason. A.C.S case that has caused action to be misplacement is the problem.

This impact would help my family in living situations of how many people in a house hold. It would also help my situation by taxation dependency form 201 (refund of dependency) and line 78. I also would be involved more in my daughters life daily and she would be involved in my life with my significant other. It would also allow us to get involved in the community more often with classes and activities. My request is to dismiss all A.C.S open cases as soon as possible to resolve the accusations.

Request to dismiss any open A.C.S. cases held under Joanna Carroll. Request to return full parenting rights to Joanna Carroll for New born Carroll to live in Astoria New York. Request to  confidential the information of Mrs. Carroll Mental Health and Physical health. Also to minimize use of A.C.S as possible. Request to cancel legal Aid society in the behalf of the Newborn Carroll daughter of Joanna Carroll. Request to stop the court of holding a court case on Joanna Carroll without notice or being present to Joanna Carroll. Request for this petition to process these request for the time being to the family court system and any other State and/or Government that needs to realize the Family Status of Joanna Carroll.
