This is so unfair on staff but the students will suffer as their education will be interrupted and some may not be able to afford the extra cost of travel.

FE colleges need all the support they can get. Not only has a lot of money been spent on this college recently but students in outlying districts will have more convoluted transport difficulties. With Kidderminster Academy closing as well it denudes this area of the West Midlands of FE.

Closure of regional centres in this way will impact on educational mobility for many who rely on their local provider. The College has been a focal point for education in the area for a significant amount of time and to remove this during the current political uncertainty has the potential to agitate significant negative social impact.

Too many of the countries smaller schools. Colleges, hospital, police stations and other public infastructure are being sucked up into bigger ones. Its wrong and destroys communities

Stourbridge needs the college and it's had so much work done to it it be a shame to close. The other colleges in the area can't accommodate all students . Bmet have taken lots of funding and now want to sell a site that was donated for education. They didn't even buy it

It isn't a good idea to close colleges. Mergers often don't work.

I believe lossing a college will be the loss of opportunities for future generations and the educational facilities will never be replaced.

I studied and lived in the black country many years ago and have an attachment to the area to this day. Further my present work as lecturer in a similar small local FE college in N. Ireland gives me an appreciation for the value and contribution that they provide in poorer communities nationwide
