Its not working it causes more pollution because the traffic around these roads is mega and cars are on the roads a lot longer waiting in the traffic . Whereas if they just skipped through the side roads they are through and gone .  . 

You still can't turn right at kings heath lights so have no choice but to go down vicarage road and all the way round to Howard road lights from say the back of sainsburys ...   tales up to 40 minutes some days where jut skipping down all saints road you'd be gone and there in 3 minutes . So how is that lessening the pollution ? Long and short it's NOT .  

Also it's putting kings heath shops out of business as people are reluctant to shop there as there's no easy access any more . . .
