I am Elaine Pritchard, the cell-mate who gave evidence at the trial of Emma Tustin and Thomas Hughes.

The despicable acts of cruelty,neglect and torture towards Arthur make me sick to the pit of my stomach still and since the day i found Emma's paperwork in my cell.

She never ever mentioned beautiful Arthur, not once and showed no remorse at all just continuously felt sorry for herself always calling for the mental health team mostly surrounding her own 2 children and i only found out about the other 2 reading online about them. 

We must start the process of signing a petition and callinh for ARTHUR'S LAW.

We also as a nation need to punish the people in the system that continuously fail children especially Arthur.

I spoke at court for Arthur as he needlessly couldn't talk for himself and i feel that if i hadn't of,then the outcome of the trial may of been different as I gave evidence on the Monday and on the Tuesday Tustin pled guilty to another count of cruelty which she had previously denied .

WE NEED ARTHUR'S LAW SO PLEASE SIGN THIS PETITION AND LET HIM KNOW "WE DID LOVE HIM"
