Raphael is an educated , articulate,  capable young black man who stole a mobile phone whilst under the influence of Cocaine.

He had been addicted to this substance since being sexually assaulted by a group of men in Stroud Gloucestershire in 2010 and was diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder by Sandwell Mental Health Team in 2011. RMS has never received any treatment from Mental Health Services for the PTSD.

The phone was returned to the police and there was no violence involved. Nevertheless Raphael was charged with robbery and sectioned under the mental health act with a 37/41 Order which is an Indefinite Stay in a mental hospital.

RMS had now been detained for 16 months. The last 12 months have been at the Tamarind Centre in Bordsley Green Birmingham where he was coerhereced into taking the double vaccine.

Where he is heavily medicated with a cocktail of medicines which have taken him from a size small to a an extra extra large size.

Despite being compliant RMS 's life is severely restricted . Apart from attending his Grandfather s funeral in handcuffs RMS has had no leave off Myrtle Ward not even escorted leave to local shops. 

Since the second vaccine RMS's physical health has deteriorated and he suffers with chronic fatigue, back pain and difficulty breathing. His family have tried to provide him with a combination of 4 Nutritional Supplements to impact on the negative symptoms from the vaccines. However the responsible clinician along with the Clinical team have taken 3 months to respond to the repeated requests and have now decided that RMS can have 1 supplement at a time  for monitoring purposes. Every intelligent human being knows that Organic Nutritional Supplements do not have adverse side effects.
