STATEMENT:

The students who signed below are all enrolled in practical 3.5P of the clinical specialisation and they agree that:

1. the decision to move the deadlines to the last Friday of the course was not made with their support and/or knowledge;
2. the deadline being on the day after the 3.5C exam causes serious planning difficulties, especially when taking into account that the report can only be started one week in advance.

They therefore strongly request from the 3.5P coordinator that the deadline for the final assignment (currently on Friday the 11th) is moved to Sunday the 13th or, if this not allowed, to Monday the 14th.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS:

• For transparency purposes, sign with your FIRST AND LAST NAME.
• Understand that this petition will only be presented to the coordinator if it is signed by a minimum of 50% of students enrolled in the clinical specialisation.
