Binghamton University students would significantly benefit from having access to NARCAN, Plan B, Fentanyl test strips, drugged drink testing kits, and other typically inaccessible or often unaffordable supplies. To achieve this, we propose the establishment of a "People's Pharmacy" both on campus, possibly within residence halls (specifically in the RA office), and off-campus. The offerings of the “People’s Pharmacy” would reduce harm, and providing them at multiple, easily accessible locations would drastically improve student safety and general health. We the undersigned believe that the People’s Pharmacy would provide essential resources for all members of our University community.
