Currently Binance has over 450 Million Harmony $ONE Protocol not earning them rewards just in their main staking wallet alone. This causes a few bumps for the community and Binance has not made any changes to their delegations in over 303 days. During this time some of the validators they stake are no longer operational or have changed their fees and Binance is no longer earning rewards. 

Some of the greatest assets of Harmony are it's community, validator nodes and governance program.

The issue is there are never enough votes to pass a change that comes to fruition on the governance platform. There is usually a decisive winner but due to the big wallets not voting, there are never enough votes cast to meet the minimum number of votes required.

There are a lot of new validator nodes doing amazing things to grow and support the Harmony $ONE community and they're worthy of assisting Binance in making rewards on their coins.

We're asking that Binance periodically reviews their holdings in the staking wallet and redistributes their coin to validators assisting the community and making progress!

This in turn would help Binance and decentralization as well. At today's price of $0.14 a coin Binance is missing out on over $750,000 a year in rewards that they could be compounding to help further decentralization to the maximum possible point.
