My family and I run a homeless ministry in which we feed homeless/impoverished people in Nashville. Recently, Bill Lee has made it illegal for these people to camp out on public property.  Where are these people supposed to go? Bill Lee is willing to criminalize people with unstable living arrangements before helping them.
