I'm reaching out to you as a concerned citizen-I hope you can assist me with this on going matter.
An unauthorized flee market is causing disfigurement to my neighborhood. The lot this flee market is housed in has also become a dumbing ground for garbage-this not only obstructs the pavement but attracts rodents, insects, 
weeds on the sidewalk and homeless people digging through the garbage.
I have done my best to rectify this situation but was unsuccessful. I have called 311 multiple times and nothing was done (complaint numbers #2017mlf503350, #2017mld901981). I also spoke to superintendent Rice of sanitation and got the same result.
I hope starting this petition provides my neighbors and I the solution we are looking for. Thank you in advance for listening to my cry for help.
