Seventh St. is identified as an important bicycle corridor in both the adopted Master Bike Plan and in the new Complete Streets: Bicycle Plan that will replace it. It is one of only two possible on-street east-west bicycle connections over the Union Pacific tracks north of I-630. It is a vital connection between Stifft Station, Hillcrest, and other neighborhoods to downtown Little Rock.
