TICKET SALES FOR BTS’ CONCERT IN PARIS 01/06/18 ARMYs community petition to LIVE NATION and Big HIT entertainment
On 01/06/2018 the ticket sales took place on the ticket-master platform. The official sellers connected to the platform were: Digitick, Arena Hotel Accord, FNAC, Carrefour, Cultura, Leclerc, Auchan. The tickets have been sold very quickly, and the concerts of PARIS, LONDON, AMSTERDAM, BERLIN, are now sold-out.
Thousands of fans connected on these sites at the time of the opening of the sale were blocked for hours in a ticket-master queue and have been ejected afterwards. With each new connection this problem was repeated. The fans were connected to the sites well before the opening of the sale could not have their places.
These technical problems are due to the fact that LIVE-NATION has not protected its sales platform against robots that have been able to buy multiple tickets. The illegal robots used by the companies that make the speculation, bought the majority of these places to resell them on the black market (see screen below) for over 2000 euros in some cases! Causing big issue for the fans and to the production of the show as well as the artists.
The French law of March 2012 rules against speculation, prohibiting this kind of practice. We are asking for these tickets to be canceled and for new tickets to be put for sale and speculators to be prosecuted. A report to the judicial police has already been made.
The same phenomenon occurred for London, Amsterdam, Berlin. Surprise pre sales Big hit entertainment had announced that there would be no pre-sales.
Nevertheless Accord hotel arena organized pre-sales for its collaborators the 31/05/2018 at 11am but LIVENATION wasn’t informed. About 200 seats have been sold.
