Remove MSU from the Big Ten

Michigan State University has brought shame and dishonor to the Big Ten.  They have repeatedly made efforts to cover up sexual assault incidents, such as the Larry Nassar situation, Keith Appling and Adreian Payne incident and the current investigation involving three unnamed football players.  They are not transparent with the media as it pertains to the frequent suspension of their players.  No one knows why Max Bullough did not play in the Rose Bowl and LJ Scott sat out of the spring game with a mysterious "injury". Additionally, Mark Dantonio sacrifices public safety and brings in players who are known threats to the community, such as Auston Robertson who was disciplined twice for assault in high school and still allowed to come to Michigan State, where he committed rape.  Aside from tarnishing the reputation of the Big Ten by repeatedly breaking laws, Michigan State does not compete at a high level.  Their football, hockey, baseball and wrestling teams all finished in the bottom half of the Big Ten.  Their football team is coming off an embarrassing 3-9 season and have not been recruiting at a level that will allow them to be competitive in the future.  When their teams are doing well, they embarrass themselves and the conference on the national stage.  This was evident last year when their football team was trounced 38-0 by Alabama in the College Football Playoff and their senior laden basketball team lost in the first round of the NCAA tournament to a 15 seed.  The other teams in the Big Ten do not deserve to have their conference image repeatedly dragged through the dirt on and off the field.
