Andrae received an 33 to life sentencing 10-11 years ago for shooting man in the buttocks, Andrae was protecting himself from the individual who also had a firearm, If the individual would had lived he would have been charged with attempted murder yet was charged with Aggravated Murder.. Not intentionally killing the Man, just protecting himself individual was shot in the buttocks BELOW THE WAISTE. If you guys can help me out and sign this petition.. So Andrae can get his equal rights and another opportunity at life everybody deserves a second chance.. he has family and friends that loves him and support him and us asking for you guys support as well, we would really appreciate the time out of  you guys day too sign & help bring Andrae Home..
