NATO is unable to establish a no-fly zone over Ukraine as it does not want to get directly involved to avoid further escalation. Fine. But civil population is getting slaughtered every hour by air raids as Russia is agonizing due to being unable to defeat Ukraine on the ground. If we can't get directly involved in the war, let's at least enable Ukrainians to defend their cities and the civil population by providing long range air defense systems such as Patriot.
