In country like India where population is so large that people are unemployed and the working hours in country is still the same and the wage is low. People don't get to enjoy their personal life and seem to get stressed because of the work. People have forgotten how they felt at home.

Like in schools where we had two batches, morning and afternoon batch, we can have the same system so that people can work without taking mental stress and more people can get employment. This law should be implemented everywhere without changing the salary of employees in big companies. Pay should not be compromised and if people are willing to work for more hours they should be compensated. In country like India where more people are dying of hunger this law will help more people to get the employeement opportunity.

Please help me to support this campaign if you agree with me. Government of India should take some action against any private or public company who don't follow such laws.
