The issue

BHP is refusing to negotiate fairly with workers in the Illawarra.

Instead of coming to the table and talking things through like adults, they have:

- Locked out Deputies at Appin mine

- Stretched out a dispute with Appin Staff over thirty months; and

- Continue to string Dendrobium Deputies along.
