At the top of the hill on American Lotus, there is a 90 degree turn. Vehicles have barreled through the fence 5 times endangering the homeowners, bystanders, pets and damaging property. Our subdivision HOA has been denied several times for the county to install safety items to prevent it from happening again stating that there isn’t enough data to support such items. This is a community petition for the county to install safety warning lights and a sharp turn ahead sign, a safety guard rail along the fence line, and two speed bumps on either side of the turn.
