A community swimming pool is a lot of great family-oriented fun and would be a great addition to the Beverly Apartments location in Greer SC. This would be a great addition to the multiple small playgrounds and areas for the children; along with swings,grills and small area for small get togethers that are already available for tenant use. Having a fenced-in on ground pool installed would give tenants of all ages that reside at Beverly apartments something fun and safe to enjoy in the outdoors with their children/family. Having a pool would be a great addition to the apartment complex and could be installed where the basketball courts have remained for years, close-by to the office to add another level of safety/watchfulness. The pool could be accessible to the tenants that reside at Beverly apartments and a guest or two that has came to visit. With the various ages of tennants that stay at these apartments, a swimming pool addition would allow more people to enjoy the outdoors during blistering hot temperatures and also could provide excersise to those who can't participate in other activities due to mobility/health issues. The basketball courts are rarely used at the complex and theres not much for the older kids/teenagers and even parents to do outdoors here unless they partake in playing on the small playgrounds with their children. This would provide something within the complex for all tenants to benefit from no matter their age.
