Arriva are continuing to run the most unreliable bus service in Watford and the Surrounding areas. For the last 5 years the buses have been predictably bad but they are now cancelling at least half their journeys daily and leaving people stranded for hours on end. If a bus does arrive it is usually too full to take everyone who has waited for multiple buses or terminate halfway through a journey. People are late for work,college, school drop off and pick up,important hospital/dental appointments the list goes on. Society is already at breaking point and the cost of living crisis is upon us and yet each day, passengers are fraudulently sold tickets that a company has no intention or care of fulfilling. Watford’s population continues  to grow due to new builds but public transport system can’t even cope with the current population. It’s disgusting that Arriva continue to raise their ticket prices and treat and pay their staff unfairly and it’s disgusting that the County Council allow this to continue. It’s ruining lives. Something needs to be done.
