It is a law for all students to attend school but it is against the rules for students to use outside resources other than their family members to get food while they're at school. While we understand the safety protocols it makes it difficult for those without those privileges. It has been proven that students are far more productive on a full stomach than an empty one and most students choose to skip lunch based off of the lack of appeal from the school food. This petition is a harmless attempt from the Henrico High School student body trying to abide by the school and county rules while also being able to have actual appetizing meals.
