my daughter is diabetic and my mother is elderly. We were going to see my son that is military. We could not fly due to the virus. I requested a refund because of this and was told I would only get a credit because I didn’t get the insurance for a full refund. I could understand about not getting a refund if it was something I could help but this virus is not my fault

I made two reservations with them, They were both canceled due to the coronavirus, one for my son that was canceled by the airline, the airline told me they authorized them to give me a full refund and I have more that 35 days waiting for that refund and the other reservation is for 4 persons and for that one I paid cancellation insurance to protect my money in case something could happen. They haven’t send me any refund and I have over US$5,000 + dollars expend with them. I really hope to get my money back otherwise I will sue them.

No customer support from CheapOair they don't even bother to reach out to their customer when you already emailed them. Cheapoair is a scam

I too was not offered customer support and had to file with the insurance and I have no idea if I will be able to collect.

Tired of spending 9 hours on live chat to be told they will get back to me in 24 hours. I actually took a picture of the chat.
