I wanted to start this petition as a change for Berryville High School. As you know, our school lunch/breakfast on the go has been a bit unsatisfying, and not many students have been eating these meals. I wanted to make a change on the lunch menu and breakfast on the go to hopefully some things we have had in the past that we find good. I am also looking to add stuff that is both good and nutritious for us. 

I am not doing this just for the students, but also for the school. Not everyone in the school can afford a morning breakfast or an after school lunch, and they come to school to something they don’t find appetizing. Most days lunch is not what is on the menu. We have almost the same breakfast and lunch meals every week, and quite a few of the times some questionable stuff comes out of our meals such as hairs, maggots, trash. Not to mention we have had quite a few stuff served to us that has been expired. Although it may seem doubtful to find this stuff in our meals, I myself and other students have found these items in our lunches. Our first thought would be to take a picture, but phones are not allowed in school at any time of the day. Therefore our first thought would be to not eat it and throw it away. As for the school, a bunch of food is being wasted and not eaten,and all that food goes straight to the trash. Maybe if we got a more appetizing meal we would not waste so much food. 

On behalf of everyone that signs this petition and I, we would like a more promising school lunch/breakfast, and also a more appetizing yet nutritious meal. This petition is not to criticize the school's employees, but to hopefully catch the school board's attention about our whereabouts on what we eat. I really hope this makes a change!
