Change the laws for contract "temporary" employees, so that we get advancement and raises.

Contract "temporary" employees make up a large percentage of the work force in the United States. However contractors are treated as second class employees in a lot of cases. Contract employees do not get advancement, raises, or affordable benefits. However companies throughout the United States keep them there for years. They don't have a voice, or a union or a means to make things better for themselves. They don't have the ability to strike to bring about change. If they did, they would be fired, and replaced by another contractor. There needs to be change brought about for contract "temporary" employment laws. Laws that will make things better for these hard working men, and women so that companies can't take advantage of them any longer. Please sign my petition if you are, or have been a contract employee in the United States so that we together can bring about change.
