Proposition 23 is requesting a trained and certified board medical member to be present in a Dialysis Clinic while a procedure is taking place. Without having a trained member present, there runs the risk of anything going wrong which can seriously affect and/or injure the patient. Passing Proposition 23, allows doctors and nurses to be present with a procedure taking place which can lower the risk of injuries and possible deaths.
