I have three daughters and I would like them to remain within Orthodoxy. However every time halachically acceptable activities are forbidden for administrative reasons, I see red.

It's important to provide a meaningful prayer experience to both men and women, and not allowing women to participate in an extremely important and fulfilling ritual merely alienates them from their religion and discourages them from attending services.
