The Tree of Knowledge stays on the new Berea-Midpark High!

The Tree Of Knowledge, a sculpture commissioned by Robert Fillous in 1967, has hung proudly and welcomed decades of students entering Berea High School and currently Berea-Midpark High School.
The sculpture depicts a map of the Berea City School District and its courses of study. It’s more than a work of art...it’s a piece of our history!
The school board currently does not plan to include the sculpture on or in the new high school building.
There is, instead, talk of it hanging at the Board of Education - where it will be rarely seen or appreciated.
I propose adding it to the new high school building - on the Eastland Road side of the school across from Bonds Parkway. PLEASE SIGN TO ADD YOUR VOICE AND SUPPORT!
