Stop Maria Ruiz’s Petition to Ban Pewdiepie Because it is Slander.
Why this petition matters

Slander /ˈslandər/ n.1. the action or crime of making a false spoken statement damaging to a person's reputation. 2. make false and damaging statements about (someone).
Maria Ruiz’s petition “Remove White Supremacist Content From YouTube” has garnered 76,000 signatures as of now (12:51 PM Central time, April 7th) and has pushed false pretenses against Felix Kjellberg. This has damaged his reputation and labeld him as something he has specifically voiced disdain towards. Felix Kjellberg has not,
1. Said the N slur twice. He only said it once . He has also never paid people to use the N slur.
2. He has also not promoted videos with nazi propaganda. He has promoted anime reviews from a channel with nazi propaganda.
3. Made rape jokes frequently in the past few years. He has made rape jokes and has apologized for doing so.
4. While his face swap video did switch the faces of Leslie Jones and the now deceased gorilla Harambe, (R.I.P.) he did not force this to happen. The A.I. programmed in the game selected the faces at random. Pewdiepie did not force this to happen.
The petition previously used a fictitious article claiming that Felix Kjellberg had dressed in a KKK robe. The claim has since been removed. The fact that Maria Ruiz used the article in the first place and did not remove it until it was pointed out as being a fraudulent article by many is evidence enough that she is an ignorant, narrow minded, slanderer. She had done little research in the case against the Pewdiepie channel, yet still finds herself at the forefront in the battle against it. This petition is blatant defamation and slandering of a man who is obviously not a white supremacist. This petition should be removed from the change.org platform immediately.
Sincerely, someone concerned with the spread of misinformation.
