Andra Vaughn has a lengthy record of complaints spanding over many years. 

She is now causing problems for my niece who is 12 attending BMS.  She loves school but Mrs. Vaughn is making it impossible to successfully and productively attend. She is not only marking her absent for entire days if she is tardy to 1 class, but she is following her around on bathroom passes, into the bathroom and looking into the stahl, pounding on the stahl, opening the stahl w a key and demanding she leave the bathroom. Grabbing her , pushing her telling her to keep moving , knocks books out of her hands, places her in detention. 

Upon further investigation, i am hearing she has done this to multiple children in my family through out the years, n or their friends. I am hearing she is staring kids down for dress code violations, poking her fingers through clothes holes, embarrassing kids sounds like is her top priority vs their comfort and education.  

My father and my nieces mom have went in to express their concerns n frustrations to the principal , he is covering up for her, saying she is a kind women, despite all the many many complaints, n he acts very busy n keeps them waiting hours to speak to him. My father has expressed he wants her to have no contact w my niece anylonger. , yet she continues to have full access n continues to harrass her. 

I am FLOORED SHE HOLDS THE TITLE of Dean of Students. 

Lets make this change! Lets change the lives of all the children she targets, she creates negative experiences starting at her hands, making kids uncomfortable going to school, and this can effect them for the rest of their lives! This needs to stop now! She shouldnt be allowed to work w children!
