Basically in Fade we have a rule that clearly says ´´For example if a player had been in guild for two years, but only completed one SM, his wait time is only one year from his previous SM. Another player had been in guild for 2 years but already made three SM, he should wait more than a year before starting his next one''.
The rule is clear, you can only collect Shadow Frost Shards 1 time each year on one character, and in this case Belly (Mert Cilek) is collecting 3 times a week, while a lot of people are waiting to be able to collect the shards.
