Ian Nathaniel Gallup of Colrain,MA is a member of of the Windham County Ku Klux Klan. He is the protector of a drug dealing youth gang called "da white boy gang".
and is frequently in their company.
In addition he is employed by the Bellows Falls Police Department.

In the summer of 2009, I was seated on the curb outside of the police station, minding my own Gallup leaned out of the window and verbally accosted me.
When told where to go, He immediately exited the vehicle and began assaulting me, saying "this is what you want. nigger!. This is what you want!

Gallup received a slap on the wrist for his hate crime, being knocked down to part time status. He was re-assigned to a patrol in Dover,VT to avoid the local press and prtect his klan activities.

The following summer, he wrote a ticket and mailed it to me citing "disorderly conduct" claimng that I "gave him the finger"
And I Quote:
"Mr. Simmons
On June 7, 2011 I was travelling [redacted] when I observed you extend your left hand & clearly extend your middle finger towards me in a marked police vehicle. I then observed you put your hand down as I passed completely by.
"...It violates Bellows Falls Municipal Ordinance Code Ch.6 Art.6 §3 ¶b PROHIBITED CONDUCT".

Now... gallup did this in retaliation to my complaints about his association with the KKK and "da white boy gang".
So great was his butthurt, he did not even bother to show his face in court on the day he was to appear as the Plantiff.
because he knew that Dan Barrett (VT ACLU) and my attorney would take him to task for violations of: VSA ch.13 §1455 Hate Motivated Crimes, VSA Ch13:§§1023-1024 Assault, false arrest, and misconduct.

Thus I implore you- the law abidingg citizens of this great country- to help me get this violent racist dismissed from the force and removed from the village of Bellows Falls.

This time, it was me. the next time it could be any of the other 4 black people who live here....
