Due to Covid restrictions, Verve Studios Del Mar was forced to move their high energy cycling classes outdoors, in the parking lot between Vons in the Beachside Shopping Pavilion and Bella Del Mar Apartments. Since they moved their operation outside, elevated noises, hoots and hollering, from the class participants, can be heard during class hours all throughout the surrounding neighborhood as early as 7am and as late as 9pm.

Last year Isaac and Bella Del Mar took the appropriate steps to end the loud music that was obviously playing from their cycling tent. Now we face a different nuisance, disturbing and ritualistic shouting, yelling, hooting, and yipping that can be heard echoing from their tent disrupting the peace of our small community. Now that all other fitness classes and gyms have resumed normal operation indoors, please help us end the noise by signing this petition to request the city of San Diego order Verve Studios to go back inside to their studio instead of conducting their classes in the parking lot.
