We, the tenants, of 53-59 South Richmond Street and of 5-6 Rosedale Terrace in Dublin city, request to landlord Val Issuer DAC (vulture fund, director Sean O'Sullivan) and it's agent Belgrave Property Management (director Ronan Mc Cormack) to withdraw the eviction notice immediately, and for those families to stay in their homes and live their live in peace.

Ronan Mc Cormack has attempted to illegally evict families (including new born baby, and a child with disability). He terrorised the tenants, ripping out front doors and making habitation impossible. He is intentionally neglecting the tenants by not taking responsibility to carry out basic maintenance and cleaning of the tenant's premises and units.
