A statue of Magenta in Belfast

The Rocky Horror Picture Show has gone down in history as one of the greatest musicals of all time. It is the longest running theatrical release ever, and was selected for preservation in the U.S Library of Congress for being "Culturally, Historically and Aesthetically significant".
One of the main, and most popular characters from the original stage show, and film is Belfast's very own Patricia Quinn. Her performance has been celebrated most widely in the U.S, and we believe that she should be further recognised in her home town.
Richard O'Brien, creator of the show has had a statue of his character "Riff Raff" erected in his honour, in his home town. This is what we'd like to see happen for Patricia, too.
Why not celebrate one of Belfast's finest talents, in a way that we're sure will give future generations the inspiration to achieve greater things, yet!
