People in Germany that do not want to watch TV and listen to Radio are being harassed, blackmailed, having their tires flattened or booted, accounts frozen and being put in jail for not paying a fee to the ex-government broadcast stations.

The local government and any private collection agencies are being authorized by the German Government to take almost any action, including coercive detention to collect this fee. All in accordance to a contract, agreed and signed for, by the German Government and the ex-government broadcast stations. The terms, conditions and penalties are being enforced and carried out like they have become law.

The German Government signed the contracts with these TV and Radio stations, not the people themselves!

The compulsory levy is not a Tax and there is no law justifying the fee.

The German Government and local Government don't care if you are old, sick, deaf or blind, you are not exempt from this levy. Not even if you own property and vacation there, you are still under the compulsory levy. The broadcast stations run advertisements, give money away in games and treat themselves with luxury while the public watches as gangsters posing as collection agencies rob people of their retirement and threaten and harass the elderly to the point of heart failure. Penalties put in place by the Government are so extreme that people are loosing their homes, savings and properties, and their access to the economy through bank accounts and credit are being denied. These dramatic situations are looking hopeless as most can see no way to resolve these matters that appear to be great injustices to many residents of Germany and people with connections to Germany.

A kinder-garden teacher went to jail for 6 weeks in order to force her to pay the compulsory levy. People are having their cars booted and vandalized. People's safety come at risk when collection agencies and authorities place yellow valve locks on tires that deflate your tires when you drive.  Accounts are frozen and credit taken away as people are forced to lay open all their assets. 

This enforcement needs to stop now!

(My parents, 77 and 84, worked hard all their lives, survived WW2 and the East German dictator like Regime. Because they worked most of the time in East Germany, they are already discriminated against by the West German Government and receive less retirement, that is barely enough to take care of themselves. My mom has several severe illnesses and she takes care of my dependent father. She recently collapsed after reading a disrespectful and threatening letter. It was written by a female office worker in the name of the mayor of Rostock. The letter was so threatening that my mother had to be taken to the hospital. Less than a week after the deadline to pay the levy, my mother was negatively reported to the credit agency which lead to financial credit being revoked. A second private collection agency promptly sent another threatening letter shortly after the last penalty and my mother fainted again and now needs her heart and blood pressure monitored. I know that there has to be many of the 85 million people of Germany that are being impacted in a horrible way by this unfair compulsory levy and we all need everyone's help and signatures to create a combined voice! A huge voice to call out the German government and ALL these private companies involved to end the injustices against the people! )
