This petition is to raise awareness of the discrimination and ableism of the Scottish justice system against autistic children and adults.

A 10 year old autistic child was removed from his family for reacting in typically autistic ways to stressful situations.

Is it a crime to communicate with a tablet? Maybe only in Scotland.

We need more than autism awareness, we need more than autism acceptance.

We need to stop the discrimination against autistic children and adults from social work, children’s reporters, children’s hearing panel members, Safeguarders, Sheriffs.

Being autistic isn’t a crime.
