“In order to preserve the local character, distinctive flavors, and unique personalities that independent Texas brewers bring to us through their wonderful brews, we vow to support these craft breweries committed to quality, and in turn support the local communities that they are pillars of. Therefore, for the entire 31 days and nights of March, only independent Texas craft beers shall pass our lips. It won’t be tough, with nearly 300 breweries in Texas to choose from, but we can do it.”
