WE, the signed Citizens of Beaumont, Texas; do hear-by petition the City Mayor and Members of Council, to consider the development, negotiation, and overall adoption of the "Beaumont, Texas Lifted Act." Allowing a ballot proposition with intentions to vote in the next General City Election and or Special Elections cycle, for voters to legalize and decriminalize Hemp Flower/Cannabis/Marijuana in the jurisdiction of City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas.
