Please help me get my 93-year-old grandmother back in her own home, where she belongs. 

My grandmother has been getting 24/7 care in her own beautiful home, as was her wish. Two weeks ago, the carers advised that the GP said that she was at end-of-life dementia and was comfortable in her home.  Her LPA (the neighbour) advised us after the event, that she had placed her in a nursing home and that there was no need for me to attend her home anymore. The carers who had looked after my grandmother for over two years were given no notice that this was happening, the reason for this is that we would have found out and put a stop to it. 

My grandmother is now stuck in a room, with a crash mat on the floor with nursing staff attending her as and when required, not as before when she had constant companionship.  I have to say it is a lovely nursing home, but she is getting no benefit and more importantly THIS IS NOT WHAT SHE EVER WANTED, AS THE AUTHORITIES FROM KINGSTON UPON THAMES ARE FULLY AWARE OF. The LPA would not show the family the dementia report from 2020 as was promised and the LPA is stating now that she sought advice from the GP, Social Worker & Solicitor when asked for their names none are forthcoming.  I have promised her that I will do everything in my power to get her home.
