If a user makes a gmail account, and then the account is deleted, the same username can never be used again. For example, I use the same name for everything, but I can’t use my normal username for google because someone used it before, even though that account doesn’t exist anymore!

We should be allowed to use gmail usernames that are no longer in use! If this petition gets enough signatures, Google might change it so that we can use usernames that are no longer in use.
