The incentive plan does nothing to address our issues as drivers and Attendants. We are overworked and stressed. With a lack of support in behavior problems on the bus. Other children are getting hurt and still nothing is done. There is no clear way to enforce mask mandates which ads more stress. The incentive package does not increase wages which would help everyone with the workload and stress that we are currently under. It is an unacceptable offer that we do not support.
