Hello everyone, as we know the COVID-19 is scaring everyone including health care workers who are working on frontline.  Intentionally educated nurses are there to help IENs. We know we are IENs But still we have nursing skills to help in this crisis. USA and Canada  should give opportunity to IENs to cope this situation(HIRE US at 70% wage of the actual wage of RN until they pass their all tests and exams). They can learn from the expert nurses. This  will help many wage 

* to COPE WITH STAFF SHORTAGES

* DECREASE THE REGULAR WORKERS WORKLOAD AND STRESS

*  Also help IEN to be prepare for their exams and refresh their skills instead of killing their skills.

choice is on the government to pay double to the tired workers or seed and bring new opportunities to those who are ready and really needed.
