Allow people aged 16 and over to vote in the BC referendum on proportional representation.

The upcoming referendum on proportional representation will not give you an adequate voice on how we will be voting in the next general election. In the coming months there will be a debate on the voting system that will be used when you’ll cast your first ballot and the sort of representation you’ll receive from that ballot. Yet despite the implications that the referendum will carry for your ballot and its value, you do not carry any sort of voice in the upcoming referendum.
Everyone, 16 and over, should be able to choose how they will vote in the upcoming referendum.
