Locals should have priority loading. Two separate lineups: one for residents and another for non residents.

I am signing because it is a reasonable expectation to be able to go home in a timely fashion.

I have a 94 year old with COPD. We have many appointments off island. I also have 2 appointments..one in Victoria I have been waiting 2 years for...this is ridiculous. For me to make my Victoria appointment I'm going to have to go a day earlier, hav the expense and anxiety of staying in a hotel.. and I then a gruelling drive up island to wait hours in a hot parking lot to get home

No longer a resident on Quadra but would happily wait longer when I visit so that residents can go about their days.

The waits are too long. No one should have to spend a good part if their day waiting for ferries to go to appointments or to pick up essentials.

Locals need to be able to live in a functional and practical way

I feel strongly this needs to change for families that live here, but need to go across for work or medical needs...or affordable groceries! Tourism is necessary and welcome, but there has to be a realistic balance.

I grew up on Quadra and I believe that permanent residence deserves priority loading
